Hej
Efter allt googlande och mailande utan resultat undra jag nån som vet var man kan finna denna dual jfet. Eller ersättare är tacksam.

Har frågat BHIAB och Shuro men det är slut.

Toshiba har tydligen upphört produktionen på 2sj109.

Nu har jag fått tag på 2st 2SJ109BL från JEC
I frågan på hur många de hade på lagret så var det bara en kvar
