Klart roligt project jag har varit inne på samma ider, får se om det blir nått av det.

Funderade själv mest på att gjuta i epoxy eller liknande, alternativt bygga kloten i alu. Ska tydligen gå hyfsat enkelt att göra skålar i alu som man sen svetsar ihop. För att inte få en massa stående vågor i lådan spacklar man insidan med tex epoxy/sand blandning och gör ytan på insidan väldig "toppig".

Se bara till så att det finns gott om ytor som inte är parallella inuti så ska det nog gå bra :)
