Muse Electronics har just annonserat att dom har en ny Multiformat spelare som heter Polyhymnia efter en av Muserna. Här är lite data.

Polyhymnia - CD,DVD-A/V/SACD player
supports all PCM data rates and types, Dolby Digital, DTS, MLP as well as DSD coding formats
includes in its standard configuration, analog video outputs (Composite, Y-C (S-Video) and Component Video (either interlaced or progressive) digital audio is available as either S/PDIF or AES-EBU
new MAP front panel and chassis finish
Remote-2
MAP feet

Options available are:

Attenuator module (replaces fixed output module)
Input module (requires the presence of the attenuator module to assume basic preamplifier functions)
Multi-channel output module - unbalanced
Multi-channel output module - balanced
High performance analog audio processing option (provides dual - current output, passive conversion and reconstruction as well as dual IA topology)

Läcker spelare!

Dock så verkar fjärrkontrollen vara bristande.
Ingen höjdare att ha 64 knappar och alla har samma form.

Jag var just nere hos Muse Electronics i deras nya ställe och hämtade två stycken till våran CES show. Jag har inte hört den än så det ska bli jätte spännande att få höra dom.

Jeg har kun fått høre at den spiller faktisk og er divisjoner bedre enn alt det "gamle" fra Muse
