Tyvärr inget svar på din fråga men:

Jag har Time Out på 45 varv från Classic Record.
Ljudmässigt kanon.
Paul Desmond är ju alltid bra, dave Brubeck är jag mindre förtjust i.

Musikaliskt så föredrar jag Paul Desmond ihop med Gary Mulligan eller Chet Baker.
