Även om jag provkört den på bänk så är det alltid lika spännande att för första gången koppla in den skarpt.
Har ännu inte fått tag på Osmo hårdvaxolja, så topplåten ligger ännu löst.

Efter lite justeringar så kan jag konstatera att grammofonsteget fungerar som tänkt.
37,5dB gain är dock lite i minsta laget, om man som i mitt fall endast har ett ingångssteg med låg förstärkning i slutsteget. Detta går naturligtvis enkelt att lösa i genom att en ac-shuntkondensator på katoden. Jag skulle tippa att en sådan åtgärd skulle ge ca 5-10dB mer gain.
Men, problemet ligger ju faktiskt i att grammofonsteget, varför det bör åtgärdats där.
Detta var också en del i planen. Att med denna Mark I-variant, sedan skulle vässas till lite i en Mark II utgåva med ökad gain. Mark II kommer då att bli en hybrid med både rör och transistorer
